About the Role

They are hiring a Fullstack Engineer (Frontend-Focused) to join their cross-functional growth team. This position bridges engineering and marketing, supporting user acquisition, engagement, and retention through high-impact web features. You will help build scalable frontend interfaces and contribute to backend systems that directly influence business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain modern, responsive web applications and landing pages using JavaScript, TypeScript, and CSS (50–70% frontend focus).
• Build and optimize integrations with marketing and analytics tools (e.g., CRM, attribution, A/B testing platforms).
• Support backend development including APIs, automation workflows, and internal tooling.
• Implement high-performance, accessible, and conversion-optimized web experiences.
• Collaborate across Product, Engineering, and Marketing to drive user growth and engagement.
• Continuously analyze and improve site UX, speed, and conversion metrics.
• Contribute to broader platform development and product-related features.
• Uphold high code quality standards through reviews, testing, and documentation.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in frontend engineering
• Expertise in JavaScript, TypeScript, CSS, and frameworks like React or Vue
• At least 1.5 years of backend experience with JVM-based languages (Java, Scala, or Kotlin)
• Hands-on experience integrating marketing tools and web analytics solutions
• Familiarity with Git and modern development workflows
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote, fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication skills (English, B2 level or above)

Nice to Have

• Experience with SSR (Server-Side Rendering) and static site generators
• Exposure to cloud infrastructure and CI/CD practices
• Previous experience in SaaS or consumer tech products
• Understanding of marketing concepts like conversion funnels, user segmentation, and attribution models
